- Ship the Item Back: Once you receive the RA number, please securely package the item and ship it back to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Processing Your Return: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the conditions for return or exchange, we will process your request. If approved, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send you a replacement item, based on your preference.
4. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

- Final sale items or items marked as non-returnable.
